By scheduling an appointment with us, you, as the patient, imply your consent for us to perform all necessary examinations, diagnoses, and treatments within the scope of practice for your healthcare needs. This consent encompasses both physical and virtual appointments and includes any routine diagnostic procedures and medical interventions deemed necessary by your healthcare provider, including the taking of photographs. It’s important that you understand this consent is implied upon booking an appointment, but you retain the right to withdraw consent or discuss alternative treatments at any point. For specific treatments or procedures known to carry significant risks or that are invasive, explicit informed consent will be sought separately. All personal data is protected under the registration of the ICO.
Patients aged 16 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending THE FOOT CLINIC
